Pulsar: The Ultimate Man of Adventure is an action figure toy from 1976. It’s an action figure that has no skin so when you push his back his heart beats, his lungs breath and his blood flows. You active his vital systems! Insert a mission disks into his brain and he almost comes alive. No mission is impossible for him.
The toy was manufactured by Mattel.
The action figure came with a removable outer layer of clothing that came off so that you could see his vital organs and the mission disks there was a, sold separately, Life Systems Center. You can pretend to check x-rays, scan his brain, re-energizing and re-programming and activate vital organs all with a remote activator.
