“RoboCop: The Animated Series” is an animated television series that was produced in 1988 based on the film franchise of the same name. The series follows the adventures of RoboCop, a cyborg police officer, as he fights crime and injustice in the dystopian city of Delta City.
“RoboCop: The Animated Series” ran for 65 episodes, which were divided into two seasons. Each episode was approximately 22 minutes long.
The character of RoboCop was voiced by actor Peter Strauss in the English version of the series. In the original Japanese version of the series, RoboCop was voiced by Kōichi Yamadera.
In addition to RoboCop, the series features a wide range of characters, including his partner, Officer Anne Lewis; the villainous OCP executive Dick Jones; and RoboCop’s creator, Dr. Tyler. Other characters include crime boss Big Mac and the members of the Street Gang.
The plot of “RoboCop: The Animated Series” follows RoboCop as he battles against crime and corruption in Delta City. In each episode, he faces off against a new group of villains or must confront a new threat to the city.
“RoboCop: The Animated Series” is rated TV-Y7, which means it is suitable for children ages 7 and up. However, parents should be aware that the series contains violence and themes that may not be suitable for younger children.
